通过存储过程来添加数据：

重要：在执行插入前，先改掉mysql 存储模式 ！！不然插入速度很慢！！

ALTER TABLE test ENGINE = MYISAM;

默认 值为InnoDB，如果还需要用这个，可在插入结束后改回来。
